This hat rocks!! October 3, 2009 Reviewer: Philip Smith from Clayton, DE United States   I'm in the weather a lot and bought this hat for rainy days. Believe me it's much better then carrying an umbrella! It has a good look and the oilcloth is really water proof. I would recommend this hat to every one.
