Pricing and Billing
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  We do not collect tax on internet purchases.  It is your responsbility to pay the appropriate use tax required by law in your state.  We are located in South Dakota, and therefore, we do not sell via the internet to residents (shipping addresses) in the state of South Dakota.  However, if you are in South Dakota, please visit our store in Custer.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. 
For customer service, we have a trackable ticket system that is carried out by email.  Just scroll to the bottom of this or any other page, and click on SEND US FEEDBACK, and write your questions or issues in an email so we can answer it.  
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
 

Credit will be provided when a return is received.  Credits are also immediately issued if a product is no longer available and the order needs to be cancelled.  Please allow 72 hours for your bank to show that the credit has posted. 

When will my credit card be charged?
 

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. Our policy is NOT to maintain the complete credit card information on any customer. Therefore, our automated system charges your credit or debit card when the order is placed. This policy ensures your identity and financial safety, and your complete credit card information cannot be stolen. Charges are applied immediately, as you order is immediately transmitted to a supplier that will ship your product. If a product is not available or on backorder, you will be refunded or given a choice to wait or cancel. All of this information is sent to you via email. Custom made and special order items are also charged before shipping, as we have to pay in advance to have your hat made.
