RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
It is our goal to provide our customers with a quality product. If for some reason you find that you are not happy with our product, whether due to size, style, color, or any other reason, we will accept your return as outlined below.  
CUSTOM SPECIAL ORDER HATS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
(Beaver Brand, Kathy Jeanne, Emma B, Giovannio and many Dobbs and Stetson are custom made to order.) 
IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, OR IT WAS DEFECTIVE, DO NOT RETURN IT, BUT COMMUNICATE WITH US VIA EMAIL FIRST SO WE CAN FIX ANY MISTAKE!!!

AN EXCHANGE IS A RETURN, WITH A REPLACEMENT ORDER PLACED ON THE WEBSITE.  IF YOU JUST WANT A RETURN, THEN DON'T PLACE A NEW ORDER.  IF YOU RECEIVED A GIFT, THE SAME PROCEDURE APPLIES, TO CONTACT THE PARTY WHO PLACED THE ORDER.

Please include a copy of this page in your return package, along with your order number from your confirmation email, and your name.  Product must be posted for return within 7 days of receipt for a product refund.  Product must be posted for return within 30 days to be accepted, but after 7 days there will be a 20% restocking fee, which also applies if more than one item is returned.

Please return the new unused hat along with all tags ATTACHED and the original packing slip, if included.  You will be refunded the purchase price of the product immediately upon receipt of the return, not 1-2 weeks later like some of our competitors.  Refunds can be made to credit cards, PayPal or by store credit only.  If your credit card is expired, a store credit will be provided.  If you desire an exchange, then place a new order online whenever you like, for any replacements. 
 
Here are reasons your return WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and your purchase WILL NOT BE REFUNDED:
1.  Package was not posted for return within 30 days of receipt.
2.  Original tags are not attached to hat
3.  Hat has been worn other than to try on
4.  Hat has visible damage or signs of wear and tear
5.  We are not responsible for returns shipped anywhere other than the address below.
If any of the above conditions exist, we will not accept your return, and we will not ship it back to you. 
 
Please do NOT use FEDEX.  Use the Postal Service or UPS.
